We stand behind our products at Bigfoot Firearms and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. For items that qualify, we offer a 15-day return policy with some conditions.

To return your eligible item(s) within the 15-day window, you can either bring it to our shop for an exchange or refund, or mail it back to us. If you choose to mail the item, please ensure it is sent within 15 days and provide us with a copy of the tracking information. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. These items include firearms, ammunition, primers, powder, flamethrowers, special orders, sale items, clothing, gas masks and filters, pre-owned firearms, and price-matched or otherwise discounted items.

If the item does not qualify as a “Bigfoot Firearms Mistake”, then the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. In addition to the return shipping costs, the customer will also be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any returned items that do not meet our eligibility requirements may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
